Associate Lawyer – Legal Consultant, is a London LLB, LLM and Barrister-at-Law Lawyer with almost 10 years of experience in working with the Russian Market, having worked for a number of Russian based companies.

She specializes on drafting of all sorts of Corporate, Banking, Financial and otherwise Agreements including Agreements relating to Media and MLM businesses, catering and tourism operations, as well as general advice on opening of new markets and legal strategy.

She offers also services as Compliance Officer to Public Listed Companies with long experience in the said field and any other corporate advice related to it.

She has also long experience in offering services as Secretary of different Board of Directors and their organization from both legal as well as ../administration perspective, in both Cyprus and Russia.

Finally, she provides general advice on Employment issues and drafts Employment and Cooperation Agreements at different levels of management.
